Under the auspice of the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of Niger, Mamoudou DJIBO, PhD, the Uirtus International Conference, UIC Edition 2022, will be kindly hosted in Niamey, Niger which is the capital and largest city of the country. It lies on the Niger River, primarily situated on the east bank. Niamey is served by the Diori Hamani International Airport, located 12 km southeast of the city.
The UIC 2022 is intended to provide an international forum of discussion and promotion of research advances in African and Mediterranean countries. It includes but not limited to on Sustainable Development and International Technology Transfer in these countries.
Especially, this conference is honored to embrasse the Global University President Forum (GUPF). The main goal of this Froum, via the collaborations between China Association of Higher Education (CAHE), China Association for Management of Technology (CAMOT), Research Centre for Technology and Innovation, Tsinghua University and United Nation Academic Impact (UNAI), is to explore the new normal and rethinking of the global trends, opportunities and challenges of the universities and colleges.
