Najoua TALBI, PhD Director
Business Management |
Dr Najoua TALBI graduated in Finance from the University of Sousse in Tunisia.
Currently, she is the director of the International Business School at the Private University of Sousse in Tunisia and the founder of the Innovation Incubator « UPS LAB », which is an accelerator of start-up at the university in partner with many support structures. In addition, she is the founder of the Scientific Research and Innovation Association « UPS-ARSI » to strengthen scientific research at the university.
Since 2008, Dr TALBI participated at various international workshops and conferences in Management and Economic Science including among others: Fight against poverty, financial inclusion, micro finance, micro credit, women entrepreneurship, small business benefit, household welfare, financial islamic, governance, simultaneous equations, volatility, inflation, economic growth… Furthermore, Dr TALBI is a member of the research unit in quantitative and finance methods “URFMQ” at the University of Sousse. Thus, he is a reviewer at two international journals namely, “African Development Review” and “Macroeconomics, and finance in emerging market”.

Adel KRAIEM, PhD |
Dr Adel KRAIEM graduated in Management Sciences from the University of Sousse in Tunisia. Currently, he is Academic Director and Director of Studies at the Private University of Sousse in Tunisia and a teacher in management sciences.
Since 2015, Dr. KRAIEM has participated at various research workshops, seminars and conferences related to the field of entrepreneurship and precisely with business management Furthermore, Dr KRAIEM is a member of the LAMIDED Research and Innovation Laboratory at the University of Sousse. Thus, he published an article in the journal "International Journal of Engineering, Business and Management.

Abderraouf MTIRAOUI, PhD |
Dr Abderraouf MTIRAOUI graduated in Economics from the University of Sousse in Tunisia.
Currently, he is the head of the Economics Department at the Private University of Sousse in Tunisia and the Executive Director of the Institute for Advanced Engineering and Research in Tunisia.
Since 2012, Dr MTIRAOUI participated at various international workshops and conferences in Economics and Financial Development including among others Education, Health, Investment, FDI, Governance, Human Capital, Conventional Finance, Islamic Finance, Political Stability and Entrepreneurship.
Furthermore, Dr. MTIRAOUI is a member of the Research and Innovation Laboratory LAMIDED at the University of Sousse. Thus, he is a reviewer at several international journals namely New Economics Papers, MPRA Paper from the University Library of Munich, Germany, SN Business & Economics (SNBE), the Global Journal of Research in Business Management (GJRBM) and the Journal of Economic Structures.
